We offer a 15-day return policy for non-personalized items. If you wish to return an item, you have 15 days from the shipping confirmation date of your order to do so. Please ensure that all items are returned in their original packaging and in unused condition.

Since our jewelry is made to order, engraved and personalized items are not eligible for returns, unless there is a notable manufacturing defect. In such cases, please contact us at support@rosarosaejewels.com.

Kindly note that we may decline return requests for items displaying evidence of use or wear.

Please be advised that return shipping expenses are the customer's responsibility and will be subtracted from your refund amount.

Additionally, a 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns.
